We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast paced, high energy environment and can operate with minimal oversight.
Important
Candidates must live in the Eastern Time Zone and have 5+ years of C level executive support experience.
A computer will be provided but consultant needs to have a quiet, private work space with fast and reliable internet connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s email communications, routing messages appropriately and tracking action items
- Provide high level administrative support to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness
- Prepare complex documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Conduct market research and assist with special projects
- Coordinate travel arrangements and maintain executive contact lists
- Keep the CEO informed of upcoming commitments and proactively anticipate needs
- Assign and track project tasks across team members to ensure timely completion
- Partner with the CEO on select marketing initiatives
- Provide backup support to sales and customer support teams as needed
- Support additional projects and initiatives that drive company success
Requirements
- Applicant will be expected to take an aptitude test
- 5+ years supporting C level executives (required)
- Basic working knowledge of Real Estate transactions
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to pivot quickly
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong experience with Teams, Slack, and similar platforms
- CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to handle a high volume of work independently
- Comfortable working autonomously across multiple projects
- High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Ability to design and edit professional presentations and materials
Consultant will receive PTO, Equity, and the opportunity for this role to turn into a W-2 position.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
