Working Expectations

The Office Manager is expected to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of recurring administrative and operational responsibilities. This includes proactively identifying needs, anticipating deadlines, following up on outstanding matters, and communicating issues requiring management attention.

The employee is expected to maintain organized records and systems, respond promptly to communications during scheduled working hours, and provide a concise weekly update on completed work, outstanding items, and upcoming priorities.

Requests from multiple team members should be coordinated according to established priorities. Conflicting or competing requests should be escalated to the Director of Operations, who will determine priorities and provide direction.

The position includes routine local errands and physical office responsibilities. Business-related mileage, parking, and other authorized expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.

The employee is expected to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding client, employee, financial, and company information.
