The Role

We are seeking 4 detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistants to support our corporate operations. This is an entry-level, remote role that is perfect for individuals looking for flexible hours.

You will assist the HR and Operations teams with standard administrative tasks, record keeping, and data entry. **This role is remote, requires no prior specialized experience, and offers a highly flexible schedule.**

**IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT:** Candidates MUST legally reside in a designated HUBZone area to be eligible. Address verification against the SBA database is a mandatory step in our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist HR and administration with data entry, document organization, and digital record keeping.

- Help maintain and update company spreadsheets and internal databases.

- Support standard scheduling and meeting coordination.

- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager or Operations team.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.

- Must provide proof of primary residence (Utility bill, lease, or driver's license matching home address) for SBA compliance verification.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
