Job Description
Administrative Support
- Confirm appointments with customers for upcoming jobs
- Assist with scheduling jobs
- Prepare estimates and proposals
- Create and send invoices
- Reconcile transactions in QuickBooks
- Pull electrical permits with local jurisdictions
- Answer customer calls, emails, and text messages
- Maintain customer records and job files
- Assist with other day-to-day office tasks as needed
Marketing
- Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts
- Create engaging posts, photos, and videos
- Help develop marketing campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate community sponsorships and local events
- Design simple flyers, graphics, and advertisements
- Help increase our online presence and customer engagement
- Look for new opportunities to promote our business within the community
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: Remote
