We provide tax, accounting, CFO, and deal advisory services with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and delivering Fortune 500-level financial expertise to growing businesses.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating communications, maintaining calendars, assisting with client-facing activities, and helping ensure the firm operates efficiently.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate client communications and follow-ups.
- Organize emails and prioritize action items.
- Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and task trackers.
- Assist with proposal preparation, engagement letters, and client onboarding.
- Maintain firm documentation, SOPs, and internal records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed.
- Support recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
- Track projects and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
- Assist with basic marketing, social media, and content coordination.
- Handle special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
