We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is responsible for managing administrative operations, coordinating communications, maintaining calendars, assisting with client-facing activities, and helping ensure the firm operates efficiently.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, professional, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate client communications and follow-ups.
  • Organize emails and prioritize action items.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and task trackers.
  • Assist with proposal preparation, engagement letters, and client onboarding.
  • Maintain firm documentation, SOPs, and internal records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics when needed.
  • Support recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
  • Track projects and deadlines across multiple initiatives.
  • Assist with basic marketing, social media, and content coordination.
  • Handle special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
