Job Description

The Executive Assistant reports to the very busy Chairman. While this position is remote, there is potential travel to the Miami Beach office so must be local to the area.

Responsibilities

  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel.
  • Manage heavy calendar to ensure Chairman stays on track of appointments and events.
  • Monitor incoming emails, decipher course of action, and communicate to Chairman.
  • Manage heavy projects, adhering to urgencies and deadlines.
  • Travel to Miami Beach office on occasion for matters needing in-person attention.

Minimum qualification

  • 5+ years in an executive assistant role a must.
  • Experience arranging international travel is required.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Must be tech savvy and have experience utilizing AI.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, multi-task and be detail oriented.
  • Analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to stay composed under pressure and possess the confidence and maturity to navigate challenging situations and candid feedback constructively.
