*Brander Group*, a global IT brokerage led by award-winning tech innovator Jake Brander, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support executive-level operations. As the company grows and the founder’s schedule becomes increasingly demanding, this role calls for someone organized, adaptable, and confident in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Do

  • Organize and help execute personal and professional initiatives using MS Suite and Trello
  • Manage calendar, daily priorities, and provide hands-on operational support
  • Coordinate and maintain consistent communication with team, clients, partners, and stakeholders while managing detailed CRM records
  • Serve as a trusted problem-solver, adapting quickly to new challenges as they arise
  • Research and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to improve standard operating procedures and increase marketshare

Who You Are

  • Quick-thinking, systems-focused, and meticulously organized
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong communicator with a sense of humor and positive mental attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
  • *Real estate brokerage / operations experience is a major plus!*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
