Location: Remote / Hybrid (Alabama Preferred) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Position Overview
EXIT Realty South Central is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our regional operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strong communicator, and creative thinker who can work independently while meeting deadlines and supporting a variety of administrative, compliance, and operational functions.
Real estate, franchise, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations
- Process and organize company paperwork and documentation
- Maintain digital file management systems and records
- Collect and organize onboarding information for new franchisees, agents, and team members
- Draft agreements, correspondence, and administrative documents
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational needs
Compliance & Documentation
- Review documents for completeness and compliance with company requirements
- Track missing documentation and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support compliance initiatives and reporting processes
Financial & Bookkeeping Support
- Work closely with the bookkeeping team regarding invoices, balances, and account information
- Assist with administrative financial recordkeeping
- Track and organize payment-related documentation
Events & Communications
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, training events, and company functions
- Support webinar and virtual meeting logistics
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications
- Help manage registration lists, attendee information, and event materials
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Zoom and Zoom Meetings
- Email marketing platforms (Constant Contact or similar systems)
- General proficiency with cloud-based software and online collaboration tools
Professional Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Real estate, franchise, brokerage, or adjacent industry experience
- Experience working remotely and managing digital workflows
- Familiarity with CRM systems and transaction management platforms
- Event planning or project coordination experience
