Location: Remote / Hybrid (Alabama Preferred) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Position Overview

EXIT Realty South Central is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to support our regional operations team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, strong communicator, and creative thinker who can work independently while meeting deadlines and supporting a variety of administrative, compliance, and operational functions.

Real estate, franchise, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Operations

  • Process and organize company paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain digital file management systems and records
  • Collect and organize onboarding information for new franchisees, agents, and team members
  • Draft agreements, correspondence, and administrative documents
  • Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Compliance & Documentation

  • Review documents for completeness and compliance with company requirements
  • Track missing documentation and follow up as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support compliance initiatives and reporting processes

Financial & Bookkeeping Support

  • Work closely with the bookkeeping team regarding invoices, balances, and account information
  • Assist with administrative financial recordkeeping
  • Track and organize payment-related documentation

Events & Communications

  • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, conferences, training events, and company functions
  • Support webinar and virtual meeting logistics
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and communications
  • Help manage registration lists, attendee information, and event materials

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
  • Zoom and Zoom Meetings
  • Email marketing platforms (Constant Contact or similar systems)
  • General proficiency with cloud-based software and online collaboration tools

  • Event planning or project coordination experience
