Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Assistant to support our U.S.-based towing company. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can handle incoming calls professionally, dispatch drivers efficiently, and manage various administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Dispatch tow truck drivers based on incoming service requests.
  • Create, update, and keep track of towing jobs in the system.
  • Perform light administrative tasks and paperwork.
  • Assist with other basic office and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Comfortable answering phone calls and speaking with customers.
  • Basic computer skills (email, internet, and data entry).
  • Organized, responsible, and able to follow instructions.
  • Can work independently and manage time well.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Dispatcher is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

  • Laptop or desktop computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Noise-canceling headset with microphone.
  • Quiet, professional work environment.

Work Schedule

  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time (EST).
  • Schedule will be either Monday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday.
