Job Description
Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a professional Virtual Assistant Agency to provide ongoing bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative and patient communication support for our multi-location chiropractic practice in the DMV area.
This is a remote partnership opportunity for an agency capable of staffing coverage during our operating hours.

Required Coverage
* Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Time)
* Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Eastern Time)
Agency staff may operate from any time zone, provided quality coverage aligns with Eastern Time. ⸻
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
* Agency must provide bilingual English & Spanish-speaking virtual assistants
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or chiropractic offices preferred
* Ability to handle high call volumes professionally
* Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication practices
* Experience using EHR systems (ChiroTouch preferred; training provided)
* Ability to generate daily/weekly activity reports

Scope of Responsibilities
Agency-provided VAs will be responsible for: * Answering inbound calls for multiple clinic locations
* Scheduling patients (health insurance, personal injury, cash patients)
* Understanding deductibles and copays (training provided)
* Managing and updating appointment calendars
* Calling patients from “floating lists” to schedule appointments
* Responding to text messages
* Communicating urgent updates to clinic offices (e.g., late arrivals)
* Documenting all communication accurately in ChiroTouch
* Providing regular reporting on:
* Calls handled
* Appointments scheduled
* Follow-up outcomes
