Part-Time administrative Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant to provide administrative support for an executive team. This is a part-time role requiring approximately 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Location
- Fully remote with flexible hours
- HUBZone Requirement: Must reside in a HUBZone and be able to provide proof of residence beginning at least 90 days prior to start date. Confirm HUBZone residency here: HUBZone Map
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including managing calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
- Assist with meeting preparation, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Arrange travel, local bookings, and event registrations
- Track and organize receipts, invoices, and other administrative documentation
- Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct various research requests
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, or similar support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
