Painless Fleet Maintenance
Executive Assistant to the Founder

Job Description
I'm Drake Tulloh, founder of PFM Fleet Service, and I'm looking for a bad ass Executive Assistant to work with.
I started PFM in a small garage in 2020. Today, we're one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing companies, with a location in Delaware, expanding into Columbus, an ever growing mobile service fleet and ambitious plans to grow across Ohio.
We have a lot of fun, but we're extremely serious about growth, accountability, and getting things done.
A little about me: I'm an entrepreneur with ADHD, which means my brain operates with approximately 47 tabs open, 12 of them playing music, and I have no idea where it's coming from. My idea of organization is things scattered everywhere but I have a rough idea of what's in each pile.
I move fast, think big, and always have another idea. I need someone who can match that energy while occasionally reminding me that we should probably finish the first 46 things before starting number 47.
I'm not looking for someone to just manage my calendar. I'm looking for a trusted right hand who can keep me focused, challenge me, take ownership, and help turn big ideas into actual results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own My Calendar: And I mean OWN it. If you catch me overcommitting, you can't be afraid to call it out, and let me know what I can commit to.
- Keep Me on Track: Help manage my... what were we talking about? Oh yeah- commitments, and make sure important things get finished.
- Manage Communications: Organize emails, coordinate follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Drive Projects Forward: Turn ideas into actionable plans and keep things moving. Follow up with management to make sure they are on track.
- Solve Problems: Research, coordinate, troubleshoot, and figure things out without constant direction.
- Build Systems: Develop better processes and use technology, AI, and automation to make us more efficient.
- Keep Me Accountable: Be comfortable telling me, "Drake, that's a great idea, but we have more important things to finish first."
- Run Errands: Who knows what's going to come up throughout the day or what will be needed, but there will always be something!
Who I'm Looking For
You're ridiculously organized, proactive, resourceful, and always thinking three steps ahead.
You're the person everyone relies on to figure things out. You don't need someone constantly telling you what to do, and you take pride in making the people around you more effective.
You communicate confidently, have excellent judgment, embrace technology and AI, and aren't afraid to respectfully push back.
You also have a great sense of humor. You'll need it. Work is dreadful without it.
Previous experience supporting an entrepreneur or senior executive is strongly preferred.
I don't need someone who knows everything. I need someone who can figure out just about anything.
This Job Will Grow With Us...
We're building something big, and this position won't look the same two years from now.
As PFM expands, there will be opportunities to take on larger projects, develop company-wide systems, coordinate strategic initiatives, and potentially grow into greater operational or leadership responsibilities.
I'm looking for someone who wants to help build a company, not just work for one.
The more you prove you're capable of, the more responsibility and opportunity I want to give you.

* Situation: I have a packed calendar, and a lot of competing priorities. Between meetings, emails, phone calls, and commitments, it's easy for important things to get lost in the shuffle.
